Do you manufacture custom boxes? What is the MOQ & lead time?
Yes, we manufacture regular brown boxes. There is a minimum order quantity of 500pcs, lead time of 7 working days. If printing is required, the lead time is approximately 10 working days.
Kindly drop an email to [email protected], providing the dimensions, quantity, thickness (single/double layer) and if printing (single/multi colour) is required. Our team will get back to you on a quotation as soon as possible.
What is the biggest box avaliable? Are there any boxes bigger than 1meter?
We do not have boxes bigger than 1 meter.
The biggest box avaliable is the Brand New Jumbo Box dimensions: Length 66cm x Width 66cm x Height 86cm.
I received a wrong item, what should I do?
Please contact us, or drop us an email. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is my delivery status?
The traffic team will contact you once your delivery has been scheduled. You will receive your order within 3-5 working days upon order confirmation.
Can I request for my order to be left outside my residence, if there is no one home to receive my delivery?
The items are properly wrapped, so you may request for the delivery to be arranged without signing for it.
Can I collect my online order at the warehouse?
Yes, simply select the “self-collect” option before checking out your order. Your order will be ready for collection on the same working day.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver on Saturdays between 2pm – 5pm. Just remember to leave a remark – requesting for Saturday’s delivery, when you check out.
Can I receive my order tomorrow if I made an order today?
If you need your items urgently, you can either order online and select the “Self-collect at the warehouse” option, or simply drop by to our warehouse to purchase. Payment options at the warehouse is via Cash / Nets / PayLah! / Paynow.
What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?
Enjoy FREE delivery (withing 3-5 working days) with any purchase of “Moving Kit” or “Carton Box Pack”. Our warehouse will process your order once payment is received. The traffic team will contact you once your delivery is scheduled.
Can I cancel or amend my order after payment has been made?
For cancellation or amendments of orders after payment has been made, there will be a administrative processing fee of $5.
I did not use all of my boxes in my move, or I am done moving. Do you take them back?
Unfortunately, to maintain the quality of our boxes and provide them at a low cost, we can only take in our boxes in bulk and are unable to pick them up from you.
Alternatively, you can also bring it down to our warehouse, where it will be sent to the traditional recyclers to be recycled.
I do not need any “Moving Kits” or “Carton Box Packs”. Can I purchase the “Add-On / Loose” items seperately?
Sorry, for online orders, you can only purchase our “Add-On” items together with any “Moving Kit” or “Carton Box Pack”. Alternatively, you can drop by our warehouse to purchase the add-on items.
Will the boxes in my “Moving Kit” or “Carton Box Pack” be uniform?
Boxes pre-packed in every “Kit” and “Pack” might differ, due to the “Kit” or “Pack” being built by different inventories (i.e. Medium boxes in this “Kit” might differ from medium boxes in another “Kit”).
However, we guarantee that all boxes within a “Kit” or “Pack” will be consistent (i.e. All medium boxes will be the same).
Moving Kits – What is the difference between “Basic” and “Upsized”?
If you have a wardrobe full of clothes, kids with a lot of books and toys, or a home full of things, you might require an “Upsized” kit. Otherwise, you may choose “Basic” kits. Do take note that carton boxes in the Moving Kits are Used Carton Boxes.

What is the difference between a “Moving Kit” and “Carton Box Pack”?
“Moving Kits” are packaged based on the number of rooms, and come with pre-selected carton boxes (Medium, Large, XL) and accessories.
“Carton Box Packs” are packaged based on a stack of similar volume carton boxes.
Are the used boxes as good as brand new boxes?
Our boxes are either gently used once, or misprints from large companies that use high-quality boxes. Some of them will have printing on them, some may have tape or packing labels on them, but they are all clean on the inside.
Boxes that do not meet our quality checks, goes straight to the traditional recyclers. Our boxes are great for house moving and storage, and you can rest assure that you are getting high quality boxes at a much lower cost.
I do not need that many boxes, do you have a retail front where I purchase without any minimum order quantity?
Yes, you can drop by to our warehouse to make your purchase. Payment mode at the warehouse is via Cash / Nets only.
Do you have a carton box sizing/packing guide?
We generally recommend the below:-
Small and Medium boxes – Ideal for heavier, fragile items, like books, glassware, cds, and documents.
Large boxes – Ideal for toys, small kitchen appliances and general household items.
X-Large boxes – Ideal for large bulky items, blankets, pillows and clothes, so it is not too heavy when filled.
How do I order and make payment?
